Currently we have stated a Design Studio at our office where we have the complete range of our products and we Conduct job working and help the Garment Manufacturers & Exporters for Outsourcing there Patterns from us who currently doesn't willing to Invest in purchasing our system.

We are specialized in Contemporary, Casual, Constructed and better sportswear garments for Men’s, Women’s and children. Pattern size range experience includes: Children, Junior, contemporary, Missy, Women, petite, Maternity and big and tall Sizes. (American and European fits)

Our pattern makers are specialized in making patterns of Coats, Jackets, Jeans pattern making, T-shirts, pajamas, Dresses, Jackets, Shirts and Blouses, Vest, Skirts, Sweat Shirts, Garment dye garments, Restaurant aprons, Medical uniforms, School uniforms, Graduation Gowns, Beauty Salon capes, church choir outfits, Hang bag pattern making…etc.

What services we offer and engaged in?


You can send us any specification and measurement chart received from your buyers and we can prepare patterns for you.

Sometimes you have already existing patterns which are manually made by your masters so in order to maintain the Same accuracy for the curves and respecting other internal elements we offer a very special Photo - Digitizing Service with the accuracy of less than 0.07mm which helps to read the outer contour of pattern in electronic Manner respecting the original pattern, its shapes and other internal elements like, notch, darts, internal points etc.

We then do the grading of patterns to specific sizes or made to measure sizes in seconds, from your standard pattern design. Detailing and drafting of patterns with seams, text, notches, etc is done using the standards cad drafting tools.

In order to save your time and accurate spread & lay planning we can prepare a cut plan which provides fast and high quality automatic interactive optimization for spreading and cutting operations.

We can then create High Efficiency markers which help you to use the best optimization of the fabrics no matter Fabrics with strips, tubular or folded fabrics, for fuzing -block definition, for fabric contraction etc.

Sometimes you have your channel partners who uses some other CAD Systems and we are completely compact able With Files filters too so you just need to send us any files you received from your partners EG: Gerber (*TMP), Lectra (*.VET, IBA), Assyst (*.ZIP), Investronica (*.EXP), DXF/AAMA, PLT /HPGL etc and we can open for you, Plot etc as per. By having the benefits of our services you can keep your files stored with us for years no matter when you Require the similar style in future.

If you receive any ready files in PLT/HPGL or DXF/AAMA format we also undertake the plotting job for these files directly on the brown or white marker paper as per your requirement.

  • Monthly annual preventative maintenance visits per equipment are included with each contract Contract customers receive priority over all other service calls.

  • For one low annual fee, service contracts cover all labor, mileage (if on site), excluding plotter head, Motherboard, spare parts, etc.
  • Multiple equipment discounts are available In case of major breakdowns, facility to use our studio services on priority basis absolutely free.

After investing a huge amount in the CAD Plotter you of course require a best plotting result from the plotters in order to obtain that, Plotter PAPER plays a very important roll , we have observe that sometimes to negate the Cost of the paper costumers tend to purchase plotter rolls from some local vendors which do supply the paper At some cost difference but the quality of the winding & variation in core diameter which leads to poor Plotting quality of your plotter by not joining the breaking lines properly etc.
