Automatic Photo-Digitizer

Don't waste time placing the patterns on a special digitizing surface, fixing them with adhesive tape or other time-wasting methods. Just clean-up a bit your normal working table, leave the patterns there and go to computer. ONE simple click, and the camera automatically captures the picture and transfers it to the computer. The image is automatically processed and the patterns are extracted in just fewseconds. A smart and simple calibration procedure is necessary only one time when you first install the system, offering a comfortable precision of less than 0.7mm.

CONTROL AND EDIT

Quick and easy inspect the result of the automatic digitizer using the Contour Play function. Measure distances and perimetral contour, check and adjust the internal elements or the shape of the curves if necessary, add or delete any element, input the piece name, all in one single window. Done! Easy to use zoom and navigate functions and the special magnifier viewer make your activity easy and efficient.

SAVE THE PATTERNS

Save the patterns directly in the native format of your CAD system. It does not matter what CAD system you use, the photo digitizer is compatible with it (with the ones most used). The system will remember the save settings (location, format etc.), so you can have the patterns available directly to your CAD system with one simple click.

WHAT ELEMENTS OF PATTERNS WILL BE EXTRACTED AUTOMATICALLY? The photo digitizer can automatically extract the pattern contour, using precise Bezier curves, can identify corners and mark it as reference points, can identify different type of notches (marked or cutted), internal points and internal lines. By convention, the longest internal line found will be declared as grain axis. When the patterns are created inside the office,it is usefull to respect some standard marking procedures, avoiding any manual adjustement of the digitizing results.

Pattern Making

Create is the most advanced new generation system to create and modify pattern models and also to develop sizes. It’s continuously updated by our R & D team, based in the headquarter in Italy, and this is why it has the most advanced and user-friendly Windows interface. With Create many functions are done automatically to ensure rapid design and high quality of work, with the registry tools you can quickly select names and entities, quickly rename the pieces and manage the history of the patterns (opening and saving intermediate sessions , with previous work recovery). It is also easy to create size charts, generate reports and thumbnails, export to PDF.

Direct Importers Being open to the world is one of our main qualities, this is why Create has the highest number of direct importers of proprietary formats (MDL Lectra, MDL Algotex, ZIP Gerber, PDS and DSN Optitex, HPGL, ISO, RAM, FK, Autodesk, Investronica and Audaces). Therefore you can import a file directly maintaining all seam information and internal extensions such as notches, buttons and holes.

Pattern Making – Bags & Leather Goods
Create Bags is a version of Create CAD 2D, designed and developed specifically to facilitate the design of objects in leather. In this version there are particular features giving the possibility to create special symbols or punches, to perform a cylindrical size grading, to insert specific metal items within the design. It is possible to define the quality zones of the leather bags directly from CAD design, that is to give priority to certain pieces rather than others by simply assigning colors. This information will automatically be passed to the algorithm on leather which will optimize the nesting respecting the rules given by the pattern maker through a vision system.

CREATE

Create ™ is Crea Solution's 2D CAD suite for creating and modifying apparel patterns integrated with 3D CAD Lotta & VStitcher. Create offers intuitive and effective software tools suitable for creating new patterns and archiving existing ones. The pattern maker is helped by different work tools and commands that follow him for his creations. Icons and tools are organized in functional order: the "Length Comparator" from the dialog box is used to compare the length of the lines of model integrated circuits; while the "Insert Tools" bar is used to add leaflets, preparations and hole rates.

Intuitive interface

The Metro Office-style interface typical of the MS Windows 10 generations, with panels and dialog boxes allows the user to be in a familiar and intuitive environment, where he is helped by shortcuts and hot keys to perform all operations quickly.

Size Grading

Expander is the Create automatic size grading module. Its simplicity of use allows to drastically reduce the operational parts related to the creation of a pattern.

CAD 3D

V Stitcher is the tool that replaced prototyping in the fashion industry. Thanks to the 2D/3D integration, you get a realistic fit of each garment from your 2D pattern. Pressure into the skin, tension and elasticity of the fabric are simulated in a realistic way. Companies using this software found a 35% reduction in time to market and drastically decreased the production of prototypes.

The 2D/3D integration allows to have immediately a feedback in terms of prototyping the 2D pattern.

Lotta is the 3D solution specifically developed to speed up the design of a single item of clothing or a whole collection. You can access a rich library of customizable base patterns. Personalize them with different cuts, fabrics and details. Fast and intuitive, the software is perfectly integrated with Adobe Illustrator and it allows you to load the necessary textures to get an endless array of variants for every design.

MTM CAD
Creafit is the MTM CAD developed to support companies operating in the made to measure/ made to order industry to reduce tailor-made design times. It allows you to simply enter different measurements or totals instead of manually editing every piece of the pattern according to the client’s requests. In just a few clicks, you get a customized pattern without having to manually edit lines, points, rules, and notches. You can customize the range of measurements for each garment. Creafit does not only automate the manufacturing process of a tailor-made garment, but it also takes care of its whole value chain, from the moment in which the item is ordered to when it is delivered.

Mtm Projects

The MTM projects done by Crea team are customized for every single client in order to create an automatic process starting from the real needs, nice to have and current workflow of the MTM company. The core of the project is the Net Engine, which is the main collector of all the information from the measurements of the client to the cut of the fabric. This powerful engine is connected with the POS (point of sales) to archive the data and orders of the end clients, with the company ERP, CRM, CUT PLANNER, MRP and CAD systems in order to control the whole workflow and let the creation of the MTM patterns to be done automatically, with the marker and artificial vision system.

This deeply integrated process, that involves many company areas, is based of AI Artificial Intelligence and requires only 120 seconds between the measure of the client in the POS to the cut of the fabric, including vision and auto nesting. This process guarantees maximum productivity ever.

Auto Marker

Mind Cliché is the innovative automatic nesting system capable of perfectly joining standardization and flexibility. This solution can nest patterns developed with Create or other CAD, thanks to direct importers of proprietary formats (MDL Lectra, MDL Algotex, ZIP Gerber, PDS and DSN Optitex, HPGL, ISO, RAM, FK, Autodesk, Investronica and Audaces). Exploiting complex algorithms and new processors calculating speed, Mind Clichè gives the best optimization of the material.

Mind Clichè can also work interactively: the user can place the most important parts leaving the rest of the job to the software which will complete it automatically. The best way to use the automatic nesting is to make a list of nesting to do (work queue) and ordering the program to automatically complete the work . A total autonomy between PC/software and user is so created.

Moreover this powerful platform automatically analyzes overlapped pieces before saving, printing and cutting, has a simple but advanced research tool for every file type, always re-nest pieces and sizes on request, manages irregular shaped pieces with elaborated algorithms.

The Ultra version features multi core systems can increase performance by about 1% to 2% in machines with physical/virtual multiprocessor.

Productivity PLUG-IN

Pick up controller: is a plug-in that controls the pick-up area on a digital cutter and let the operator know exactly what has been cut. The pieces will be recognizable both by type or by name.
Cutter controller: is the Zund software pilot that allows to control check visually via dashboard what is being cut and will be cut, all the cutting parameters, the cutting speed and the whole workflow.
